Raymond Blanc has introduced a range of new cookery courses that will take place at luxury hotel in Britain Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons for their 30th anniversary this year.

Maman Blanc

Raymond felt he should pass on Maman Blanc’s ingenuity in the kitchen. Launching in June, Raymond will be sharing Maman Blanc’s tips and secrets to create wholesome meals you can use daily or for special occasions.

The course starts at 8:45 each morning. Prices are £365 for a weekday course per person or £385 for a weekend date.

Summer Barbeque Course

In the hope of some sun this summer, Adam Johnson, Raymond Blanc’s development chef will be teaching courses based around the barbeque, as well as an exciting selection of salads, dry rubs, marinades and sauces.

At £415 per person, the course will take place on the 6th and 20th August ’14.

Let’s Cook Course

An intensive three-hour cookery course with Raymond Blanc proves that it doesn’t need to take all day to create the perfect three course meal. The course, suitable for seasoned cooks as well as novices, is a great way to learn new tricks. Morning and afternoon courses are available.

Three new dates have been introduced for 24th July, 31st July and 6th August at £365 per person.

Evening Cookery Courses

Evening Courses at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School at this top UK hotel are available for those with a busy schedule during the day. Students will learn how to create a full repertoire of thrilling dishes, with evening courses that last for four consecutive weeks.

Four evening classes come at a price of £425.

Wine Master Classes

Explore the diverse world of wine in the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. If you wish to be familiar with the dos and don’ts regarding buying, storing and serving wine, this is the course for you. Arnaud Goubet will host themed courses for two hours every Tuesday evening throughout September at £75 per class or £300 for all five.

Dinner Party with Laurent-Perrier

Students will learn how to cook innovative dishes that will impress one and all at a dinner party as well as taste a collection of Laurent-Perrier Champagnes. Richard Lewis will be giving tasting notes on each of the Champagnes including Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut, Laurent-Perrier Vintage, Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé and Laurent-Perrier Demi-Sec.

Prices are £365 per person.

Private Tuition is also available, for a maximum of three hours and is tailored for each individual enquiry. Prices are £450 for a session of up to six people or per person for 7-10 people, £75.
