Macaron Day – 20th March
For the 3rd year running in the UK, William Curley will be celebrating Macaron Day!
Pierre Hermé and members of the Relais Desserts will create awareness of France’s most famous colourful sweet, the Macaron.
William Curley will have exclusive macarons through-out the week, with donations going to the Cystic Fibrosis Charity.
There will be a raffle with £1 per ticket, with a chance to win a macaron making class for 2 at their Belgravia store. One winner will be picked from each store (excluding Belgravia).
A macaron is a classic French cookie, with a soft and crunchy, delicate shell sandwiching a smooth layer of creamy ganache. Available in an assortment of colours and flavours, macarons should be enjoyed one leisurely bite at a time.
Mothers Day – March 30th
Honor mothers figures, such as grandmothers, stepmothers and mother in laws, this Mother's Day by treating the special ladies in your life to a William Curley Frasier Class:
Frasier Classes
Location – Belgravia Boutique
Duration – 3 hours
Price - £115 per person
You will be taught the process of making the perfect Frasier from scratch, guided through all the components as you go (a Madagascan vanilla bavaroise, fresh strawberries, berry compote, raspberry glaze and Genoise sponge), and then create the perfect patisserie right down to the finishing touches.
For the perfect end you even get to take it away and eat it.

Children’s Easter Course
Offered is an amazing chance for children to get involved with the William Curley Children’s Easter Course – where our little treasures can turn their hand to truffle making and egg decorating.

Chocolate Bar of the Week
White Chocolate & Raspberry bar
This is a clever combination of their Toscano white chocolate blended with freeze-dried raspberry pieces. Creating a bursting sensation of tangy fruit for the palate, whilst complimenting the sweetness of the chocolate. It really is a delicious, tasty and a memorable experience.
