William Curley who are renowned for producing the most delicious range of handmade chocolates, pâtisseries and desserts are delighted to introduce a unique tea and special edition patisserie pairing with JING TEA. If you’re around for the 2013 Chelsea Flower Show and looking to try a different type of treat this special pairing will run for one week only in the Belgravia store to coincide with the Chelsea Flower Show London from the 21st- 25th May 2013.

William Curley’s Rose, Raspberry and Lychee Dome of champagne and rose jelly, with lychee curd, pain de gène, fresh raspberries and raspberry mousse.

Made with a careful blend of dried pink rosebuds and the season’s best China black teas, JING Ceylon and Rose has the softness of freshly picked roses.

Jasmine Mandarin Pyramid
William Curley’s Jasmine Mandarin Pyramid of jasmine entremet, dark chocolate mousse layered with a jasmine crème brulée and mandarins caramelised with Grand Marnier and chocolate sponge base.
