William spoke to us about his experience thus far and what makes his brand stand out! 

How did you start? What inspired you?

The business was established in 2000. I originally trained as a milliner at Kensington and Chelsea college and sold my first hat collection to Harvey Nichols in London.

It wasn't until 2003 that I introduced the luxury cashmere knits to the range. Working with the finest cashmere and trademark Swarovski crystals, the range now includes women's and men's garments and accessories. In 2012 we introduced a William Sharp Kids collection

What advice would you give to a first time visitor to London?

Make sure you visit Claridge's Hotel and have afternoon tea, it is my favourite in London!

You favourite shopping and eating out destinations in London? Which is your favourite hotel?

Favourite shopping destination is Harrods, favourite restaurant is Roka. My favourite bar is The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park!
