Michael Van Clarke’s award winning salon team is celebrating after raising £1700 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH) this month.
Russell McGrath and Claire Ayton, members of the award winning Michael Van Clarke Salon team, ran the Great Parks Half Marathon in 1 hour 51 minutes and 2 hours 5 minutes respectively.
Russell McGrath, HJ British Hairdressing Business Awards’ Manager of the Year 2013, said: “The charity is close to everyone’s heart in the salon so Claire and I felt really motivated during training and the run itself. We are so grateful to everyone who has donated so far and thrilled the money will be going to such a fantastic cause.”
