Executive chef at Tamarind Restaurant of London in Newport Beach, Alfred Prasad will be visiting the sister restaurant Tamarind of London in Orange County for 3 weeks only, exclusively from 30th of August until 20th of September.

During his short stay he shall be introducing his exciting new menu, but also hosting a series of unmissable events which include TV shows and Charity Events, one in particular hosted on 11th September, where the Tamarind of London in Newport Beach will hold a special evening for Orange County Register Subscribers and fans of Fast Food Maven blog, during which they will be select 25 readers and each winner will be able to invite one guest along.

Complimentary appetisers and drinks will be served throughout the evening and one lucky winner is said to be treated to a full dinner along with the chance to cook with the Michelin Star Chef, Alfred Prasad.
