Tempo is a restaurant & bar in the heart of Mayfair offering modern Italian cooking with a focus on superb ingredients, impeccably sourced and handled with care and simplicity. Tempo will shortly be celebrating its second anniversary. We have received many plaudits from the press for the quality and originality of our food, most recently being described by The Independent, along with the River Café as one of the "Inspirational Italians".
Heading up the kitchen is Japanese born Yoshi Yamada, who might not seem the most conventional of choices for an Italian restaurant, however, he spent four years cooking in Michelin star restaurants in Italy as well as working at high profile establishments such as Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
