We heard about the Cellars at Gleneagles, the best luxury hotel in Scotland with an amazing private dining space and we just couldn't resist speaking with Paul Hughes, the Manager for Food and Beverage. It was here that the hotel received its wines by rail from all over Europe - and you can still see those original railway bays while you dine.
