Finding herself in need of the perfect post-party outfit in which to unwind, British designer Olivia von Halle has recently released two new lines of luxury silk pyjamas.

The designer took inspiration from for her new Coco line from Coco Chanel wearing her lover’s silk pyjamas in the 1920s. This androgynous style has an inimitable cut to keep the look tailored and feminine, yet keeping the pyjama most comfortable.

The Alba line is based on the idea of tumbling out of bed and pulling on your man’s shirt, this style plays with proportion. The oversized man’s shirt creates a sexy insouciance and can be worn with or without the shorts depending on one’s mood.

Olivia describes her new line as ‘glamorous and chic modern silk underwear’. The brand is now stocked in the East and West of the world alike, combining the mystique of the Orient with British playfulness alike for the line is just as wearable in bed as it is out on the beach this August. Stockists to date include Harrods and Fortnum & Mason as well as a worldwide presence in prestigious boutiques such as Brown Thomas in Dublin and Lane Crawford in Hong Kong.
