45 Park Lane part of the Dorchester Collection of luxury hotels has joined forces with Rolls-Royce to give guests of the luxurious Penthouse Suite a spin in the car manufacturer’s latest model, Wraith. Guests who book the Penthouse Suite will have the opportunity to get away for a half day drive in the Wraith. The Wraith’s fastback styling allows for a powerful drive, but at its heart lies the hallmark attributes of Rolls-Royce luxury, refinement and hand-craftsmanship. The offer is available from the 1st of November 2013.

The lucky guests of the Penthouse Suite will be some of the first people in the world to try out the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever built, making the iconic sights of London all the more memorable. Recommended routes to take during drive include the famous Mall to take in Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, on to Whitehall to skirt Big Ben finishing up along the Victoria Embankment to Tower Bridge. Or keen car enthusiasts may prefer to open up the engine en route to Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection’s luxury country house hotel in Ascot for lunch, a polo lesson or a spa day by the pool.

On return to 45 Park Lane guests will be welcomed back with a special Wraith cocktail in Bar 45 mixed with ingredients that conjure the Wraith experience. A choice of three different varieties, or ‘speeds’, of Rémy Martin Cognac – VSOP, Coeur de Cognac and XO – offer degrees of intensity, flavour and finish. The addition of ginger which like the Wraith, has a natural tendency to make the hairs at the nape of the neck stand up, evokes the thrill of adrenaline.
