The Wandsworth Arts Festival runs from Friday 3rd May - Sunday 19th May 2013 at various venues across Wandsworth, London. Whether its theatre, arts and crafts or dance that moves you, there should be plenty to suit all tastes at this spectacular festival as it will be featuring workshops, live music, art exhibitions and numerous outdoors event.

The event is organised by The Wandsworth Council and includes many contributions of local artists and community groups. The festival will feature everything from film screenings to street performances, making sure that there will be something for absolutely everybody. However, it's not all about looking at all the arts and culture on offer; the festival gives you plenty of chances to get involved and take part in many different events; you can take part in an interactive story walk or learn screen printing with local artists and create your own Tooting theme bag.

Children are more than welcome at the festival, and there will be plenty of shows and arts and crafts activities on offer. Venues taking part in this year's festival include The Selkirk Upstairs, Southside Shopping Centre, Wandsworth Museum and Wimbledon Art Studios, lending a real festival atmosphere to the area.

The festival comes to a triumphant end on Sunday 19th May, when the area between St Mary’s Church Square and Wandsworth Park will be full of live performances.
