The luxury British aviation watch maker Bremont Watch Company has announced the launch of their new watch making facility in Henley on Thames, South Oxfordshire.

Located in the centre of Chiltern Valley the oak framed building has been specially built to be the perfect headquarters for the manufacturing of the high end mechanical watches. Since the successful opening of their store in Mayfair in London in July 2012 Bremont are continuously building their growing British heritage. They have always carried out work on the watches in the UK but this new set up allows them to produce everything in The UK.

Nick and Giles English started the company after the death of their father, a former RAF pilot who died in an accident while he was flying a Second World War aircraft.

Bremont has set up the new headquarters in a setting that will nourish British expertise, while still upholding their connections with Switzerland. Experienced watchmakers and trainees, all from the UK will work on assembling and finishing cases, movements and complete watches.

Bremont subjects their watches to rigorous testing and a quality control program that takes 15 days to complete to ensure that all components have perfect time keeping making them one of the most precise mechanical devices available.
