We had a chance to chat with Vic about his experience so far!

Why do you enjoy working in the property market of London?

Oh, London, there’s no place like it! Anyone and everyone with money to invest in property nearly always looks at London first and that’s what makes it exciting. 

As the decades have passed, we’ve had a flurry of affluent communities investing in London starting with buyers from the Middle East, followed by Russia, Malaysia and most recently India. There’s a magic that’s only found in Central London.

What makes Rescorp Residential stand out?

Unparalleled service. Whether you are a buyer or seller, to me, service is of paramount importance and must not be compromised whatsoever. I feel very strongly about this.

How would you describe the approach Rescorp Residential employs?

The personal approach is one of the main facets and strengths that we bring to the table. There is no denying that the larger agents appear to have a greater dominance in the market, but one must not underestimate an independent agency like us, who have carved a niche in the market and made a place for ourselves. The perseverance and drive behind a more humble company can often surprise you with tremendous results.

How did you enter the property industry?

I have always been intrigued and fascinated by property. As a youth, I would ride my bike to all the houses advertised in property magazines throughout St John’s Wood! After selling my share in a telecoms company back in 2006, I decided to get into property full time, working initially for free at a local estate agent to gain as much experience as I could, so I could learn the business and then start my own agency.

What are your plans for 2014?

In the last year, we proudly moved to our new offices on Acacia Road, right in the heart of St John’s Wood. Thankfully, the move has proved to be a great success. We have also expanded into the Lettings and Management side of the business, and this has also had a vibrant start. With a new Head of Lettings, and new Relationship Manager, the Rescorp Residential team is continuing to grow from strength to strength. With even more mettle being poured into the business, we look forward to what the future holds.
