The Festival of the Spoken Nerd at The Bloomsbury Theatre takes place from Monday 21st – Tuesday 22nd January 2013. Anyone that enjoys science, maths and music should most certainly head to this unusual event for a night of humour and geekery. Hosted by a trio of stand-up scientists, this variety show of special guests and interactive experiments is sure to be a roaring success.

The festival will star, as always, the mathematician, Matt Parker, the singer and songwriter, Helen Arney and the Blue Peter science expert, Steve Mould. These three comic masters have been doing numerous live shows around the UK for many years and have really gathered great acclaim and popularity with their audiences.

The show has been aptly titled, Life, Oh Life and it focuses on the big questions in life and encourages the most inquisitive of people to get involved with ideas put forward and also to ask questions about their strange theories.

For those who just cannot wait to see the festival, you can see a secret preview showing at the Cockpit Theatre on Tuesday 15th January 2013. This show will be a less polished version of the event at, yet promises to be very funny indeed.
