The London Boat Show is taking place at ExCel from Saturday 12th - Sunday 20th January 2013. Bursting with new, exciting and interactive things to do and see, the London Boat Show allows you into a celebration of Britain's island state, with everything from seafaring skills, boat design, talks about coastal life, demonstrations and the chance to take part in some watersports.
At the Exhibition Marina you'll be able to see a number of the largest exhibitor boats in the world as well as a dedicated space given over to inland craft. The nautical event brings together the largest and most varied collection of boats in the UK as well as attracting an interesting and exciting array of boating personalities and marine experts. Budding boat owners can check out the latest innovations and products on the market at the London Boat Show 2013, while boating novices can learn everything there is to know about boating and watersports.
If you pay a visit you can explore hundreds of different world class makes and models of boats from multimillion pound motor cruisers to one man lasers and inflatable RIBS, and absolutely everything in between. A range of interactive features will help visitors new to boating to learn all they can about anchor boats, using gear correctly, navigating in fog, and maintaining an engine.
In conjunction with the spectacular vessels there will be the Main Stage, bringing the Sea Queen Aerial Spectacular stage show back to Boat Show audiences. Fashion shows, seminars and much more are to be held at the Boat Show also, so head to the Main Stage and prepare to be entertained. The Black and White Bar will keep you nicely refreshed, and may even offer you a bit of Champagne.
There'll be plenty of information on watersports too so adrenaline junkies and wetsuit fans will be in seventh heaven when they pick up their London Boat Show tickets. Those of you that like the idea of some of the sports but are a little afraid of what they might be like are catered for too.
