For the fifth year in a row, The Promenade at The Dorchester will be revamped for children into a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party!
From Monday 29th October to Friday 2nd November 2012, The Dorchester will be performing its Mad Hatter’s Afternoon Tea inspired by Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, with intriguing entertainment by The English National Ballet School’s young dancers. The Mad Hatter, the March Hare, the Dormouse and even Alice herself will be found dancing elegantly around the Promenade tables, but not forgetting to stop and share magical tales with all of the younger guests.

The Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea also includes a wonderful selection of Alice in Wonderland inspired cakes along with sandwiches, and delicious homemade scones and pastries.  The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party caters for everyone as accompanying adults are able to sink back into The Promenade’s inviting sofas and enjoy the amusing entertainment with a glass of champagne.

The Afternoon tea sittings begin at either 2.15pm or 4.45pm and for every Mad Hatter’s Afternoon Tea, £1 will be donated to Cancer Research UK.
