Continuously developing its magnificent art agenda ‘A Brush with Art’, at 45 Park Lane, a Dorchester Collection’s new contemporary Mayfair hotel is opening an October Art Week with the launch of ‘A Brush with Frieze’.
The hotel is offering accommodation for two people including Two tickets to Frieze Art Fair (available on 11, 12, 13 and 14th October), breakfast for two, complimentary return transfer between 45 Park Lane and Frieze Art fair during October Week and a copy of the new release 45 Park Lane Art Book.
‘A Brush with the Artist’, the artistic breakfast series, will furthermore continue through the week allowing both art buyers and art lovers the oppertunity to meet some of Britain’s finest contemporary artists, whose work adorns the hotel’s rooms and suites. This offer is priced from £40, which includes breakfast with the artist, a private viewing and studio transfers where applicable. The series ‘A Brush with the Artist’ takes place from 9th–14th October.
‘A Brush with Art’ is a continuation of the hotel’s original art agenda which saw 45 Park Lane open its doors in September 2011 that showcased a wonderful gallery of art created by some of Britain’s leading contemporary artists, and provided access to contemporary art lovers to a series of exclusive art events. Rooms and suites on each floor at 45 Park Lane feature art by Damien Hirst, Sir Peter Blake, Bill Wyman and Joe Tilson, among others.
This May, Jane McAdam Freud, daughter of world-renowned artist Lucian Freud, hosted Friday breakfasts at CUT at 45 Park Lane with a private guided tour of ‘Lucian Freud: Portraits at the National Portrait Gallery’.
