This summer, traditional French bistro Chabrot Bistrot D’Amis, has teamed up with, Château Léoube to offer a special ‘Taste of Summer with Château Léoube’ pairing menu. Located in Knightsbridge, renowned French chef Thierry Laborde of Chabrot has created an exclusive menu, which perfectly complements the blend of exotic fruits and light spice flavours of the Rosé de Léoube.
The classically French sharing menu includes a choice of either three or five dishes, including Escargots served with Parsley Butter, Homemade Cured Salmon accompanied with a Black Radish salad or a selection of Charcuterie. To complement the flavours of these tasty small eats, a glass of Rosé de Léoube will be served – the perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon this summer.
The menu ‘A Taste of Summer Menu’ will be available at Chabrot until 30th September, on Monday to Sunday 12.00pm – 6.30pm. Chabrot, an intimate 65-cover restaurant across two floors, is reminiscent of a classic French bistro in design, offering a menu comprising of dishes from across Southern France. “Chabrot” is a traditional Dordogne ritual, which became increasingly popular during the food shortages in World War II whereby wine is poured into a soup bowl allowing the last remnants of the soup to be drunk.
