Housed in one of Mayfair’s most prestigious addresses, CUT at 45 Park Lane has launched the ultimate American Sunday Brunch menu. Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection the CUT at 45 Park Lane mirrors almost exactly its award winning Beverly Hills counterpart, with live jazz music, the brunch also features an interactive bar on the restaurant floor dedicated to pilgrims of the perfect Bloody Mary. Sunday Brunch is available from 11am until last sittings at 3pm every Sunday.

Executive Chef David McIntyre’s  Sunday Brunch menu includes coffee and juice, plus a signature Bloody Mary or glass of champagne. The menu features dishes such as Dorset Crab & Lobster “Louie” Cocktail; Salt Beef Hash Cake with Poached Organic Eggs and Sauce Béarnaise; Buttermilk Pancakes with Whipped Maple Butter and Seasonal Berries; in addition to a selection of CUT’s exceptional meats and fish.

Aware of the exacting personal preferences associated with the ideal Bloody Mary guests can choose from the classic 45PL, The Bloody Carrot, and the 45PL Red Snapper made with gin, or create a custom make the cocktail to suit your specific tastes.  In addition to the more traditional ingredients, the chef and barman have experimented to include special homemade elements such as CUT’s beef stock, horseradish vodka, chilli syrup, and spice gomme.

Charles Tip - 'If you are looking to work up an appetite before Sunday Brunch, guests are invited to take one of the hotels bespoke Brompton bicycles and go for a spin around London’s local hot spots such as Hyde Park, Bond Street and Mount Street.'
