One Aldwych, a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Covent Garden has a beautiful menu to offer at it's Axis Restaurant. It's a great location for catching up with friends and loved ones in an excluslive setting!

The menu at Axis offers the best of British, including foraged foods such as delicate sea purslane and wood sorrel. Our favorite dishes include a starter of 'Pan fried and tartare of mackerel, watercress and warm shellfish vinaigrette' and a main course of 'Highland venison loin rolled in mustard and soft herbs, braised shoulder and celeriac'. The desserts should not be missed whether you go for the 'Savarin of citrus fruits and rosehip sorbet' or the 'Scottish honey parfait with preserved figs'.

Exeecutive Chef Dominic started his career as an apprentice at The Lanesborough and is very well acquainted with the London food scene! Until very recently he was leading the kitchen at Sandy Lane in Barbados!
