Ingredients
35ml Brockmans Gin
15ml Campari
20ml Cranberry Juice
15ml Lime Juice
Dash of Orange Bitters
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and double strain.

The Dolomite Sunset was created by Daniel Crebesse, now president of the UK Bartenders Guild who had worked at The Milestones' Stable Bar. Daniel created this martini style cocktail as an aperitif and named the cocktail after a region in northern Italy where his assistant at that time originated from. A delightful pre-dinner drink, the Dolomite Sunset represents a martini style cocktail with refreshingly fruity, citrus flavours and a bitter aftertone.
