New London Theatre is a modern West End Theatre located on Drury Lane in Covent Garden, in the London Borough of Carnden.

With the New London Theatre opening its doors in 1973 it is a relatively young theatre compared to other theatres in London’s West End. In 1977 this London theatre was used as a television studio for a number of years
New London Theatre biggest hit was the musical Cats by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Trevor Nunn which premiered on the 11th of May 1981 running until 2002, making this production of the musical the longest running musical in West End history.

This London Theatre has staged productions of The Unknown Soldier and His Wife starring Peter Ustinvo, it also staged the production of Grease starring Richard Gere who played Danny. Gone With the Wind and Imagine This were also very popular productions as well as the love them or hate them Blue Man Group. The BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards and the Masters snooker between 1976 and 1978 were also hosted in the New London Theatre. The band Queen also shot there famous video for their song We Are The Champions in this London Theatre.

Today this West End Theatre is currently owned by The Really Useful Group and has a seating capacity 1040 across two levels.
