Dorchester Collection’s luxury country house hotel and spa set Coworth Park is celebrating English summer with this year’s exclusive Meadow Tea in the Drawing Room. The hotel’s location is unrivalled in the UK as it is just 45 minutes from central London and 20 minutes from Heathrow airport.

With 240 acres of picturesque view the estate includes indoor pool, eco-luxury Spa along with three restaurants. Coworth Park is the only UK hotel to feature its own polo fields. Get a summery update with pastries and mesmerizingly fragrant hand-blended tea inspired by flowers that grow on the estate.

Different flavoured pastries are available in order to provide complete satisfaction to your pastry loving mind.

Raspberry and Rose Fancy pastry is inspired by the pinks and reds of Coworth Park’s own rose garden and will provide you the favourite British taste by virtue of raspberry and rose layers between sponge.

Dark Chocolate Tart with Wilderflower Honey is a combo of Valrhona chocolate tart and hidden crème brulee. This is sweetened with the famous local Royal Berkshire honey.

Blackcurrant and Violet pastry gives you the moist almond sponge cake topped with blackcurrant and violet mousse. Overall the pastry is decorated with candied violet touches.

Another pastry, Gooseberry Fool with estate picked elderflower is an exciting twist coming from the well -thought classic combination of the local produce of Coworth Park.

During the summer months you cannot fail to be inspired by the breathtaking wild flower meadow at Coworth Park. Your meadow tea will be served in the elegant Drawing Room and with that hot, smoky cup of tea you will be able to create an infusion that has maintained classic flavour combinations while introducing little known British flowers and herbs growing within the estate.

The meadow has already bloomed and will last until 31 September, 2014 and it is the time when the Meadow Tea has been served. The tea is priced at an affordable rate; excluding service charge it is £29 per person or £42.50 per person for champagne meadow tea.
