The Found Footage Festival London event takes place from Wednesday 27th March - Saturday 30th March 2013 at The Soho Theatre. Making its UK debut, the festival takes you on a hilarious journey into the strange and surreal worlds captured on VHS tapes.

The festival will feature VHS tapes rescued from thrift shops and garage sales throughout North America. The festival is hosted by Joe Pickett of The Onion and Nick Prueher, who is perhaps best known for his association with The Late Show with David Letterman. Expect wry and humorous observations from the pair as they provide a live commentary on all the curious and obscure screenings.

From comical industrial training films to no longer loved home movies donated to Goodwill, the videos featured in the Found Footage Festival London event celebrates all things lost, discarded and abandoned. Take a peek into the endlessly strange and wonderful lives of strangers over the two day festival as Pickett and Prueher showcase the best finds from thrift shops and garage sale trawls across America.

The festival, which was founded in New York City in 2004, has since been going from strength to strength. For its British debut, the Found Footage Festival London event takes place at the popular Soho Theatre, which has long since earned a reputation for innovative, daring and downright hilarious theatre, cabaret and comedy performances.
