Of course the drinks are perfect, of course the wine list is exceptional and of course the place is sumptuous in the extreme. But the Bar at the Goring is really about the people and the ambience. This is not one of those “hotel bars” - it is more a London landmark. The lovable Irish rogue Brian Kinsella runs the show here and his humour and charm set the tone.
