City of Westminster Council

Westminster City Council is the local government authority for the borough of City of Westminster in Central London. The City of Westminster occupies much of the central area of London including the West End Theatre district. To the west is the City of London, to the East Kensington and Chelsea, it joins the River Thames to the South.
