British Fashion Designer, Clothes Shopping in London

One of the few British-based fashion designers to combine commercial success with critical credibility, Paul Smith is renowned for his idiosyncratic take on traditional British styling, both in his fashion collections and shops. In 1970, Paul opened a tiny shop in Nottingham and studied tailoring - by 1976 Paul showed his first menswear collection in Paris. Today Paul Smith has 14 collections and sells to 66 countries worldwide.  Paul continues to be involved in every aspect of the business and is an integral part of the company.
