London Fashion Week, the chic upcoming event will take place in September to portray the new British styles for spring and summer 2015. The event, to take place between 12th - 16th September is on of the highest profile fashion events worldwide and as one of the ‘big four,’ one of the most influential international catwalks. The event, organised by the British Fashion Council has many sponsors to fund it such as Vodafone, the principal sponsor. The fashion week is one of the most important events to put London and British fashion on the map. Each season, it is estimated that orders over £100m are made at London Fashion Week, £50m from the International Guest Programme alone. With over 5,000 visitors, buyers, journalists, TV & Radio crews and photographers, the event exceeds most international news and sports events in terms of Media coverage.

There are 60 shows officially scheduled as well as 45 more off schedule and over 30 salon shows and presentations on schedule. With the Designer Showrooms alongside the catwalk shows that showcase more than 120 ready-to-wear and accessory designers, multi brand showrooms, individual showrooms and presentations, LFW visitors have access to many, many designers.

The new digital schedule is the first of its kind, bringing live streamed shows, the British Fashion Council Canon Cinema that shows a dedicated film programme and a selection of fashion films together.

Aside from the off-schedule and official events, London Fashion Week is now playing host to other events by international designers, the media and other high profile brands. As a result, the BFC have created an events schedule for visitors to experience London as a city as well as the British fashion design talents showcase at LFW.
