This premier service is open to all premium cabin passengers on all Heathrow routes. Children are permitted to also use the service but must be accompanied by an adult if under 16. Economy passengers are not able to avail of this service.
How do I book this service?
You can make a booking online with Heathrow VIP.
If you are new to the online booking system, you will be asked to enter some basic details. Entering this information will enable you to making your future bookings easier and swifter.
If we are able to accept your booking, our team will send you an online confirmation.
You will be required to enter your credit card details upon booking but no transfer will be made from your account until the booking has been completed. If you are happy to undergo several checks then a credit account can also potentially be arranged by request.
How much does it cost?
The minimum cost covers 1 - 6 passengers and this private service is available for £1500 + VAT.
Which airlines support this service?
All Heathrow-based airlines currently support Heathrow VIP's exclusive service. However some airlines may have additional conditions which you will be made aware of at time of booking.
