The Cinnamon Club are now hosting a series of Master Classes at The Cinnamon Kitchen. The range of specially crafted master classes, taken either by Vivek Singh, founding chef of The Cinnamon Club and Cinnamon Kitchen Restaurants himself or his accomplished Head Chefs Rakesh Nair, Hari Nagaraj (The Cinnamon Club), Abdul Yaseen (Cinnamon Kitchen) and Raju Ramachandran (Cinnamon Soho), tackle different aspects of Indian cookery, offering students the chance to truly explore the diverse cuisine of the subcontinent.Spanning a diverse range of subjects, there is a master class to suit every occasion, whether it’s a special event, a gift or a chance to share your passion for the creative.
As 2013 is shortly coming to a close there is only one remaining master class in the year which is being held on Saturday 23rd November, this class is all about entertaining friends and family and will be hosted with Vivek Singh, however the dates for 2014 have recently been released but make sure you book in advance as spaces fill quickly.
On Saturday 22nd February 2014 a street food of India master class will be held with Raju Ramachandran. On Saturday 22nd March a class will be held with Abdul Yaseen on curry, both traditional and contemporary. Saturday 26th April offers a class with Vivek Singh all about Bengali Wedding Feast.
Vegetarian cooking with Rakesh Ravindran will be held on Saturday 17th May, BBQ & Roasts with Abdul Yaseen will be hosted on Saturday 14th June and seafood with Rakesh Ravindran will be held on Saturday 19th July. There will be an introduction to modern Indian cuisine with Hari Nagaraj on Saturday 9th August, a master class all about South Indian cuisine with Raju Ramachandran on Saturday 20th September, Game with Vivek Singh on Saturday 18th October and finally an Indian inspired festive party food with Hari Nagaraj will be held on Saturday 15th November 2014.
