Harrods luxury department store has recently announced that their Fine Jewellery department will add an entire new room to the store section this November. This move will double the size of the existing fine jewellery offer and add a further 5,000 square feet.

The sophisticated new retail environment is set to fortify Harrods position as the world’s leading destination for Fine Jewellery. The new room will host new boutiques and additional new brands on counter, presenting exclusive and one-of-a-kind pieces, bespoke services and both mainline and new collections from brands amongst the world’s leading fine jewellery houses.

Historic British jeweller Garrard, which is new to Harrods, will exclusively launch with an entirely new retail concept, blending interior shades of neutrals and metallics, with a private VIP room and dedicated bridal area. New jewellery suites from the Entanglement, Regal and Tudor Rose collections will be available alongside an exclusive Tudor Rose set, created especially for the opening.

Adjacent to the existing fine jewellery room, the new room is an extension of Harrods already impressive roster of high jewellery houses and will carry the existing key interior features of plush furnishings, back-lit onyx panels and marble flooring, within light, elegant and feminine surroundings.

Harrods legacy and long association with precious gems and exquisite jewellery spans over a century since the launch ofthe original Gem Rooms in 1911 and the business has undoubtedly evolved dramatically since then. Yet the hallmarks of Harrods service proposition remain the same by creating unique, exciting and elegant retail environments in which to shop the very best edit of fine jewellery from the world’s leading luxury houses.
