To celebrate the historic occasin of the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty The Queen, The Ritz has launched the Jubilee Jubilation accommodation programme alongside a long weekend of Ritz celebrations, with patriot decorations and mouth-watering commemorative menus taking centre stage.
The Ritz is offering a special Jubilee Jubilation programme is available exclusively to guests who check into the hotel on Sunday the 3rd of June. This Jubilee Package includes three nights’ sumptuous accommodation in a Louis XVI inspired room and guests will wake up to an English breakfast each morning Guests of this package will also enjoy a Diamond Jubilee Afternoon tea for two in The Palm Court on Monday the 4th of June followed on Tuesday by the Diamond Jubilee Brunch where the Ritz Restaurant will host an extravagant Jubilee brunch between 8.30am and 12.30pm. Guests will also receive a Jubilee inspired gift and complementary Diamond Jewellery Cleaning in Ritz Fine Jewellery.
The quintessentially British institution of ‘Afternoon Tea at The Ritz’ is also available for guests who are not staying in the Hotel London during the Jubilee celebrations. Afternoon Tea will include a souvenir menu and an exclusive limited edition fine bone China commemorative dish from the Diamond Jubilee Collection. It will also include a glass of Champagne once within the surrounds of the lavish Plam Court, pastries, scones and finger sandwiches amongst swathes of pastel hues and 24 carat gold leaf with screens streaming live coverage of the event throughout the day.
The Ritz Hotel will also be hosting The Diamond Jubilee Brunch and The Big Jubilee Lunch at The award winning Ritz Restaurant to commemorate this historic occasion The Diamond Jubilee Brunch will offers guests a decadent selection of Chef John Williams’ signature dishes. Screens will be suspended in the restaurant, streaming live coverage of the Royal Carriage Procession as it departs from Buckingham Palace and journeys to St Paul’s Cathedral for the Service of Thanksgiving.
The Diamond Jubilee Brunch takes place between 8:30am and 12:00pm on Tues the 5th of June.While the extravagant Jubilee Lunch will take place on Sunday the 3rd of June between 11:30am and 4:30pm. Themed food stations will offer a wide selection of hot and cold dishes including a Beef Wellington station and spectacular seafood ice sculptures. Both meals will include a glass of Champagne to mark the occasion, a commemorative souvenir Menu, and an exclusive limited edition decorative keepsake from the Highgrove Collection.
